Snow Days....Finally

We had about 15 inches of snow from Thursday morning through Friday morning. They were even calling it a blizzard on Thursday. By far, this was the most snow we've had all winter. By Friday afternoon, the temperature had warmed up to about 45 degrees making the snow perfect for building a snow man. We all got out and enjoyed the warm sunshine and cold snow. They are saying we'll get more snow next week. At least we're on spring break now!

What did you do today?

I took advantage of the last 2 snow days to actually do some scrapbooking. I think this is the first layout I've done since last fall. Anna's teacher is always sending home "stuff" to read about how to help your kindie learn, love it, and so on. Occasionally she also sends home poems and other cute things. When we got this poem last fall, I knew immediately that I wanted a pic of Anna walking home and would put this poem with it. The question, "What did you do/learn today?" is usually the first thing we ask her. "Nothing" is often her response until we push her for details. :)
